We exercise, we philosophize, we accessorize and we may even incentivize. But how many of you listicize?

Why Am I Doing This?
I have random reminders that pop up that ask me WAIDT? How often do you ask yourself why you are doing that task? Why are you attending that meeting? Why are you sending that same email again?
Five Things I’ve Learned About Owning a Coaching Business
July 16 marked my one-year anniversary of owning my own business. July 15, 2013 was my last day in the corporate world. I was ready to break free of the golden handcuffs and share what I love to share most….helping people discover new habits for health and productivity, while helping them kick ass in their life! Here’s some of things I’ve learned in the last year and how it applies to clients:
Marie Grace Berg Interview
In June I had the true honor of being interviewed by Marie Grace Berg and her Today’s Leading Women Podcast, a top business podcast for women entrepreneurs. I was brutally honest about my first year in business.
More Money or More Time?
What’s more important to you? More money to buy what you want or more time to spend playing? Do you think you can’t have both? Whether you tell me you want to make more money so you can pay to play or get more time so you are able to have fun with your family, coaching is individual and there won’t be a judgement from me.
Get Focused Squirrel!
You know Dug the Dog from the movie Up? Well, I am like Dug except my squirrel is everywhere. People think because I’m a Productivity Coach that I’m not distracted and am hyper-focused. That couldn’t be farther from the truth. I just know how to handle it.
Work Well to Play More With Friends!
Putting personal tasks like calling people or visiting friends on your list isn’t impersonal. I’ve been told by several of my friends that I’m really good at getting people together and maintaining relationships. That’s because it’s really important to me, but also because I actually make time for it. I make sure I see at least one friend socially every week.
Accountability Partners
We all have friends (or at least I hope you do!). We all have family. We have colleagues, peers and acquaintances. We have Accountability Partners. Wait – what? You don’t have an Accountability Partner? You don’t even know what that is?
Do you believe in fairies?
No? Hmm….let’s see.
I like to believe a Bike Fairy will come along and wash my bike, the Papa Spud’s Fairy will wash and prep all of my CSA produce or the Poo Fairy will come and scoop The Pele’s litter box. On more than one occasion I have asked ‘when will the Dishwasher Fairy come and put the dirty dishes from the sink into the dishwasher?
