Lift contacted me a couple of weeks ago to see if I would participate and encourage participation in the Quantified Diet Project. Because I have a strong interest in the science behind nutrition and enjoy the challenge of seeing what works and doesn’t for me on a personal level, it wasn’t hard to say yes. Their aim is for one million people to participate by making healthy diet changes based on one of ten popular diets that are randomly assigned to people willing to participate. This could be the largest study conducted on these diets to see how they compare and their success rates.
25 in 25 ® is complete!
My goal from the start was 100 participants in the 25 in 25 ®. Seeing the numbers move up to 798 people was exciting and inspiring. I looked forward to reading the messages every day from around the world. The original 25 in 25® group all made it this year with the addition of my niece Ava and my girfriend in-law Angie! I gave them all Gear Pockets or Simply Stashed for their prize.
Hotels Marketing to Women – Positive or Negative?
Looking at the two makeup remover towelettes made me think of an article a business traveler sent me this week. Some chains are starting to market to women business travelers but I can’t help but think that men are behind it in determining what woman want.
