Example real-life client: TL was overwhelmed with her workload, had trouble prioritizing when everything seemed urgent, worked long hours, and sought a promotion. Two elementary-age children kept TL fully scheduled at home. Her company invested in a 6-month package with a primary productivity specialist. She learned inbox and task management techniques, prioritization and attention management, incorporated movement into her day, and planning strategies for the home.
Her plan included two sessions with our Workplace Management Specialist to help her with executive presence and how she showed up to her peers. They determined the best route to follow her chosen career path within the company. Two more sessions were performed with our Vocal and Communications Specialist, which allowed her to present confidently and express herself in a way that fit the company model. The team invested together to ensure TL achieved her goals.

frequently asked questions
What is your philosophy?
We sometimes believe the journey to reach your goals is most satisfying, and other times you just want the answer. With a combination of coaching, consulting, mentoring, training, partnering, and just the right amount of accountability, we can accelerate achieving what you want. We can't do it for you, but we can make it easier to get there.
Do you offer individual sessions?
Yes and No. We offer a 3-hour intensive, but it is intense. It's three hours in a row with a couple of short breaks. This is best for working on specific things like email, task list, calendar, hiring a Virtual Assistant, etc. We also offer the Email Action Plan which is one 80-minute session and a follow-up session. For coaching packages, it's either 3, 6, or 12 months. This is where you will get true behavior change. The most popular and most successful plan is six months. If you're not fully committed now, you can always come back when you're ready.
Do you offer payment plans?
We offer monthly payment options for Power Plan packages. You may pay by credit card, ACH, or check.
Do you offer refunds?
We have never been asked for a refund and vet applicants to ensure that we are the right fit for each other. If a life change occurs and you must pause your coaching, we will work with you as long as you notify us and don't leave us in the dark.
Is coaching confidential?
Absolutely. If your company hires us, we do not share our coaching session details with leadership or anyone else at your company. We've also never been asked to. The Nudge coaching app we use to communicate between sessions is HIPAA-compliant.
For High Powered and Max Powered plans, we provide one session with Human Resources or your manager to get feedback before we begin the program and let them know how they can best support you. We will also send them an email at the end on how they can continue to support you in your quest for greatness!
With our unique Team Specialist approach, we share information with the other coaches you may be working with to ensure a seamless experience.
What if I need to reschedule?
We begin and end our sessions on time. If you need to reschedule, 24-hours notice is required, or the coaching session may be forfeited. If the coach needs to reschedule and isn't able to give 24-hours notice, you will be credited back that coaching session.
